ROGER TABLE
Il tavolo da pranzo Roger è intimamente ispirato al santuario giapponese di Itsukushima a Miyajima. L’elemento a forma quadrangolare, solido, appoggiato a terra ed il piano, sottile, leggero e con le estremità rastremate, unito alla base da una balaustra, conferiscono al tavolo Roger l’illusione della “materia sospesa in aria”.
Pelle, acciaio e legno di noce si uniscono in un unico oggetto di design che, oltre alla sua funzione di tavolo da pranzo, reinterpreta lo spazio tutt’intorno.
The Roger dining table is intimately inspired by the Japanese Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima. The quadrangular element, solid, resting on the ground and the top, thin, light and with tapered ends, joined at the base by a balustrade, give to Roger table the illusion of "suspended matter in the air."
Leather, steel and walnut wood are combined into a single design object that, in addition to its function as table dining, re-interprets the space around it.
